I don't have this issue either thankfully. I don't have a KB unfortunately but some have alluded that it might be a Norton Antivirus issue. I know some others have complained about the undo feature - I have never had a problem with it fortunately. But I also save almost every minute as well just in case. With the links, can you post an example of the before and after so we can see what it is doing?
